Joan M. (nee Hahn) Herberger, of Getzville, entered into rest on December 17, 2023 at age 92. Beloved wife of 72 years to William F. Herberger; devoted mother of Marilyn Theal, Diane (Douglas) Smith, Michael (Elaine) Herberger, Sharon (James) Scott, Sandra (Lawrence) Lawler, Steven (Joanne) Herberger, James (Alice) Herberger, Alan (Lori) Herberger and Laurie (Robert) Adams; cherished grandmother of 18 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren; loving daughter of the late Edward and Ruth Hahn; dear sister of 14 siblings; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit DENGLER, ROBERTS, PERNA FUNERAL HOME, 8630 Transit Rd., East Amherst, on Friday (December 29, 2023) from 4-8pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Pius X Church, 1700 North French Rd., Getzville, on Saturday (December 30, 2023) at 10am. Please assemble at church.
