It is with great sadness, we share the passing of Gary on September 16, 2022. Beloved husband of Suzanne (nee Klingele) Kohl; loving father of Christine (Chad) Spear, Julie (Ray) Rustowicz and the late Gary C. Kohl; dear Papa of Sydney, Marissa, Reagan, Landon and Brianna. Family will be present on Thursday from 4-8 PM at the DENGLER, ROBERTS, PERNA FUNERAL HOME, 8630 Transit Rd. (1 mile north of Klein Rd.). Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Mary Church in Swormville on Friday at 10:30 AM, followed by interment at Elmlawn Cemetery. Gary was brave during his long illness, showing great strength to us all. He was a wonderful athlete in golf, hockey and baseball, and was inducted into the Amherst Baseball Hall of Fame.
