Ida Sue “Patsy” Glover, age 79, of Dunn died on Thursday Morning, May 27, 2021 at Kitty Haskins Hospice House in Goldsboro, NC.
Patsy was born on September 6, 1941 in Sampson County the daughter of the late Pernon Jackson and Oleta Naylor Jackson and is preceded in death by a son, Brent Glover. She is also preceded in death by brothers, Pernon Jackson, Jr. and Richard Jackson.
Patsy fought a long courageous battle with cancer, never letting it get her down until the last few months. She was strong and diligent until the end.
Patsy retired from the Johnston County School System as an elementary teacher teaching at Benson Elementary School.
A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 11:00 am at Shady Grove Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Chris Hall officiating.
She is survived by: her husband of 59 years: Doug Glover of the home.

Granddaughter: Ragan Glover-Rijkse & (husband) Ray of Columbia, SC.
Sister: Mary Ella Jackson of Dunn, N.C.
Brother: Willie Jackson & (wife) Brenda of Dunn, NC
