Kurt was truly the most loyal and best friend a person can be fortunate enough to have. He cared deeply for folks and would give his time, knowledge and skills Never asking for anything in return. To my sons he was a good role model they respected highly and to myself he was kind, caring and helped me to find God again and stop being a recluse. I am honored he gave me a space in his life. I will miss him dearly but if I’m able to go to heaven I know he’ll be there smiling happily. Should any Lucas ever be in want of anything me and my sons will be there for y’all. RIP my dear friend  

Rest in Peace My Friend ,   The Great Times We had together , are burnt into My Memories and will always bring smiles to Me   .  You have left Us far too soon , but , We will be together again  .    Rest on High Kurth   .

I remember going down that dirt road in the winter and the boys would pull us around on a car hood. I was a part of the family for years. Joyce im so sorry for your loss i love you and my prayers are with you.

Around horses working in the fields I kept my kids into horses I loved coming to the family reunions you and the boys worked so hard to do for the Norris family for many years me and my daddy Randolph Norris came to the reunions.I was always  that girl you didn’t have. I had a rough life but become a Nurse and  I made something of myself but will never forget y’all and all my prayers and love  Will be with you all through the hard times And remember god never puts more on us than we can handle

My condolences to the family. I am so very sorry. Kurt was such a good person with a big heart! I remember him as a good friend in school and  later in life seeing him in church, where I know his mother had prayed many prayers for all her children.  He will certainly be missed!
