BAXTER, Wilson Elizabeth (nee BALFOUR) 1915 - 2013
Peacefully, at her home, on Wednesday, February 27, 2013, in her 98th year. Much loved mother of Wilsie Mann (Bob), Fred Baxter (Zeta), Sue Howlin (Michael), Sally Baxter, Debbie Balfour Baxter, Jeannie Baxter and her 15 grand- children and 8 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Dr. Hamilton Baxter, her brother St. Clair Balfour, and sisters Alice Mary Glassco and Joan McColl. Survived by her brother William Balfour and her sister Elizabeth Campbell. She was a long time volunteer at Christ's Church Cathedral and was the recipient of the Order of Niagara. The funeral will be held on Thursday, March 7th at Christ's Church Cathedral, 252 James St. North, in Hamilton at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Matthews House, T.E.A.D. and SPCA would be appreciated by the family.
