It is with deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of our mother, sister, grandmother/great grandmother (Nana) and friend, Susan Jaggard-Clarke (nee Hoye) in her 76th year, on November 21st, 2023.
Susan was predeceased by her parents John and Edna Hoye and by her loving husband James Clarke (2020). She will be sadly missed and forever remembered by her children, Robert, Christopher, Tracy, Ryan, Randy and Katelyn as well as her treasured grandchildren, Zoe, Zachary, Emma, Marissa, Aleea, Olivia, Austin, Mya, Jr, Lucian, Nevaeh and Irelynn and great-grandchildren, Finnegan, Jude, Jayce and Oliver, numerous relatives and friends.
Susan was a lifelong resident of Hamilton, she loved music, travel and family gatherings. She was feisty, funny, sentimental, and fiercely protective of her loved ones. She was a loving and extremely proud grandmother who treasured all the memories made with them.
Respecting Susan’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. If desired, In lieu of flowers, donations to a Charity of Choice to help improve the quality of life for others would be much appreciated by the family.
