Marion Crewson

With her family at her side, peacefully passed away at the Hamilton General Hospital on Saturday, October 13, 2012 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of William M. Crewson for 57 years. Loving Mother of Margo Sargent and her husband Ron, and Morgan Crewson and his wife Angelique. Cherished Nana to Robert and Paul Sargent, and Sean, Samantha and Meghan Crewson, and great-grandson Domenick Sargent, whom she all loved dearly. Dear sister of Russell, Harold (Mona), Harvey (Marge) and Elwood (Heather). Predeceased by her brother Don and his wife Dorothy, and her sister-in-law Lena. Sadly missed by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Marion was a dedicated member of Rockton United Church and the Village of Rockton, where she served the community for many years. A special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at the Hamilton General Hospital for their care and compassion. Friends may call at the MARLATT FUNERAL HOME “SWACKHAMER CHAPEL”, 195 King Street West, Dundas, on Tuesday October 16 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Marlatt Chapel on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Flamborough/Rockton Cemetery.
