Madeline Rose Holmes

Loving mother of Bill (Allison), Mike (Nancy), and Keith (Patricia), grandma to Hayden, Matthew, Ryan, Kailey, Joshua, Jared, Winston, Roger, Alex, and Brooke and great grandma to 2 great grandchildren. Madeline was the last surviving sibling of the Zess family. Her parents Edmond Peter Zess and Mary Elizabeth Anne Zess, and their children Alex, David, Edmond, George, Richard, Charles, Frank, Morris, Dennis, William, and Blanche. She enjoyed her life on the farm, gardening and looking after many farm animals, and her dogs and cats.

Friends will be received at the MARLATT FUNERAL HOME, SWACKHAMER CHAPEL 195 King Street West, Dundas on Friday, May 25th from 11-1pm with a Funeral Service taking place in the Funeral Home Chapel at 1pm. Interment to follow at the Stenabaugh Cemetery.
