Kenneth Prescot Thomson

He was in his 94th year. He leaves behind his adored wife Barbara, and was the proud and loving father of Robert and Susan. He enjoyed being Papa to Melissa and Amy, and managed to see them regularly although they lived in Ottawa.

Ken was a Machine Tool Fitter by trade, who took great pride in doing an excellent job. He enjoyed his work at Bertrams in Dundas, followed by many years at Otis Elevator in Hamilton. He emigrated from Edinburgh, Scotland and embraced his new home and friends in Canada. He will be greatly missed by all. A Graveside Service will be held at Grove Cemetery, Dundas, on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 3 p.m. Donations, in his memory, can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
