Deeply loved and fiercely missed, Ilena went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, October 5th, 2022.
Loving wife to Dr. Namrod Benjamin for 48 years and devoted mother to Fadi (Svetlana), Dalyia, Natalia, and Danny (Katie) Benjamin. Best friend and sister to Anne Georgis. Proud grandmother to Samuel and Eli, David, Demeil, and Ariella Benjamin. Born in Iraq and immigrating to Canada, Ilena served her Lord and her family faithfully for 78 years before entering into rest.
