Lucy was well known for her ear to ear smiles, infectious laughter and her eternally loving and caring heart. Her family was her passion as she would sacrifice anything to benefit them. You could always find her cooking and baking, sprinkling in her secret ingredient: love. Her creative mantra was "The difference between them and me is TLC" and she strongly believed in family working together. She found enormous joy in spending time with and encouraging all the children in her life, family or otherwise. She would do so through crafting, carving pumpkins, decorating cakes, cupcakes and gingerbread houses among many other ways. Lucy's annual Easter Egg Hunt was always an event greatly anticipated by all that knew her.
Many people will remember her as an award winning customer service representative for Country Grocer in Duncan up until she retired in 2001.
We have lost an Angel on this Earth but she always said she will be here on our shoulder cheering us on to victory! We will all miss her greatly!
