Dorothy G. Erickson

She had a long and active life as Wife, Mother and Musician and Music Teacher. She also enjoyed her years working in retail at J. S. Meier.

She will be missed by her son, Don and his wife, Gayle, by her daughter, Rondi and her husband, Sandy Lewis; by her siblings and their families, by her “adopted” daughters and by her many dear friends who range in age from 5 to 97.

At her request there will be no funeral. There will be a celebration of her life at a later date. Dorothy and the family also request that any memorials be sent to the Denfeld High School Organ Fund. Denfeld Organ Project, Denfeld High School, 4405 W. Fourth St., Duluth, MN 55807-1494. Dorothy studied organ on that instrument and played it for her graduation in 1940.
