Violet Miller

Violet R. Miller, age 95, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2023. She was born on January 31, 1928 in Yorkville, Ohio. She was a member of St. Brigid of Kildare Parish, and enjoyed gardening, sewing and especially her family. She attended post secondary school and excelled as an administrative assistant in her early adult life. Violet had a loving heart and was a devoted wife and mother. She was dedicated to caring and providing for her family. Violet was the beloved wife of almost 72 years to Walter Miller; loving mother of Patricia Miller and Robert (Deborah) Miller; cherished grandmother to Leah (Vitali) Kalantai, Sarah Miller, Michelle (Derek) Bornhorst, Daniel (Emily) Miller, and Andrew (Abby) Miller; caring great grandmother of Adalyn Bornhorst; beloved sister of Angeline Runco and Mary Thompson.

She was preceded in death by her parents Michael and Mary Runco and sisters Theresa Wojcik and Elizabeth Pinczewski.

Violet will be greatly missed and will remain in our hearts forever. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
