Vicky was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, who enjoyed playing Bingo at Post 70 in Villa Rica, and talking on the phone while sipping her Dr. Pepper. She enjoyed shopping at Walmart and getting her hair and nails done. Vicky was an avid Elvis fan!
She was preceded in death by her parents; Martin Curbow and Frances Jane Lewis; brothers; Darrell Curbow and David Curbow; and sisters-in-law; Linda Curbow and Debbie Curbow.
Vicky is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Jack Murphy; son; Billy (Brandy) Murphy; and daughter; Debbie (Jerry) Dean; brother; Larry Curbow; sisters; Jenny Curbow, and Tina (Tony) Couch; grandchildren; Brooke (Nathan) McCoy, Jeri Dean (Austin King), Jorden Murphy, Tristen Murphy, Madyson Murphy; great-grandchildren; Zane McCoy, Saylor McCoy, Skylar King and Ryker King.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, October 30, 2023 from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM in the Chapel with Reverend Billy Johnson officiating. Following the service, Vicky will be laid to rest in Rosehaven Memorial Park. Billy Murphy, Austin King, Jerry Dean, Nathan McCoy, Jorden Murphy and Allen Wensmann will serve as pallbearers.
