Tiffany Sloane Stovall was a natural leader whose winning presence allowed her to take control of various situations with ease. Equipped with a clear and calculating focus, she possessed a tough-minded, “take charge” attitude. She had the ability to make even routine situations seem exciting, and she was at ease with the role of playing problem solver. Tiffany always sought out the scene of where the action was. Sociable, analytical and pleasant, Tiffany was an individual who enjoyed life’s challenges.
Tiffany was born on March 8, 1971 at Cobb Hospital in Austell, Georgia. Her parents were W. Terry and Shirley Ann Jackson. Tiffany was raised in Douglasville. Always able to express herself well, Tiffany possessed strong interpersonal skills. She was optimistic in her outlook on life and was able at all times to be open and direct in her communication. Armed with a great wit, Tiffany was raised to be accepting of others and to implement a strong personal work ethic.
Blessed with a balanced attitude, Tiffany was able to relate well with others. Her occasional role as family mediator gave her the opportunity to ease tense situations when they occurred. Tiffany was raised with two siblings. She had two younger brothers, Shain and Corey. Tiffany had a strong desire to be treated fairly and would readily offer others the same fairness in return.
As a young child, Tiffany showed her creative ability in many ways. She was outgoing and animated. Tiffany enjoyed new activities and pursued a variety of interests. She took part in cheerleading. She was a regular contender for beauty pageants. In her spare time she liked to model and participate in beauty pageants.
Known to others as a focused, logical, open-minded and somewhat driven individual, Tiffany was able to utilize these qualities to succeed in high school. Her curious nature was spurred by her ability to maximize her personal learning style through employing a hands-on approach. She was good with facts and had an excellent memory. She graduated from Lithia Springs High School in 1989. She enjoyed some courses more than others, having favorite classes and teachers.
Friends and acquaintances found Tiffany an easy woman to get to know, and those close to her would often praise her open, practical style of communication and relaxed approach to life in general. Tiffany was uncomplicated and straightforward in her relationships, which allowed her to accept people for what they were. While growing up, some of her best friends were Sheron Tiller Wade, Becky Brown Hammond, and Leigh Daniels Holcomb. Later in life, she became friends with Lisa Upton, Rhonda Wilson, Elaine Shaw and Sheron Tiller Wade.
Tiffany was attentive to Mark's feelings, and she charmed Mark and others with her gift for being able to give freely and generously. A good listener with an engaging personality, Tiffany was able to bring pleasure and unexpected humor to the relationship.
Very much like a kid herself, Tiffany identified with the inquisitive and creative side of her children’s personalities. She was able to direct her energy and spontaneity towards helping her children acquire added common sense skills. Tiffany was blessed with three children, three daughters Anslee, Ivey and Daci.
Tiffany was a flexible worker who was able to draw the best from others around her. A persuasive individual who was quick to make necessary decisions, Tiffany’s strengths included being able to think on her feet. She could be a leader who sought impact for her decisions. Gifted with an incredible ability to read body language, Tiffany was able to positively manipulate situations and motivate others in order to get a task completed. She was a good negotiator who enjoyed new challenges. Tiffany could multi-task, and she was endowed with entrepreneurial spirit, allowing her to think beyond standard norms when it came to resolving issues in her work environment. Her primary occupation was being an entrepreneur. She was employed for 27 years as the co-owner of Atlanta West Jewelry.
Tiffany enjoyed her leisure time by taking part in various hobbies. She had something of an artistic flair in many of the things that she did. She put this creativity toward all of her pastimes. Her favorite pursuits were traveling. She was content to enjoy her hobbies alone but was also willing to share her interests with others.
Tiffany was also something of a sports fan and enjoyed watching college football with Mark.
Tiffany held close traditional values and as a result, faith was important to her. She was a member of Westview Baptist Church.
Travel and vacations were experiences that Tiffany truly enjoyed. She preferred to seek out excitement wherever she went and she was partial to vacations that were casual and laid back with an atmosphere of “live and let live.” She was willing to leave her plans open and flexible, just in case something more interesting came along. Favorite vacations included traveling to the beach and New York.
Tiffany was a lover of animals and cherished her pets. One of Tiffany’s favorites was Maddie, a golden doodle dog. They were best friends for 11 years. Her family was rounded out by her Na-nash, a golden doodle dog, and grand-dog Aspen, a mini-golden doodle dog.
Tiffany passed away on January 2, 2022 at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia after battling Covid. She is survived by her husband Mark and her daughters Anslee, Ivey and Daci. Services were held at Whitley-Garner at Rosehaven Funeral Home. Tiffany was laid to rest in Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
Tiffany was the kind of person who could win others over easily. A concrete communicator, she relied on her senses to increase her involvement and awareness of others. She was always able to provide amusing repartee to her friends and acquaintances, offering a seemingly endless supply of quips, anecdotes, jokes and stories. If Tiffany had a theme song written about her, it might well have been “Don’t Worry, Be Happy.” She enjoyed her life and the experience of living it. This is how everyone will remember Tiffany Sloane Stovall.

Tiffany Sloane Stovall was called to her heavenly home on Sunday, January 2, 2022. She was born on March 8, 1971, to Shirley Jackson and Terry Jackson in Austell, Georgia. Tiffany was married to the love of her life Mark Stovall for more than 20 years.
She is preceded in death by grandfather, Bobby Jackson; grandparents, Robert and Evelyn Malcolm; and mother-in-law, Jackie Stovall.
Tiffany was a native of Douglas County and a member of the 1989 graduating class of Lithia Springs High School. She was a successful businesswoman and entrepreneur as co-owner of Atlanta West Jewelry with her brother, Shain Jackson, in Douglasville for more than 25 years and recently in Carrollton, Georgia.
She was a lover of all people and had a smile that was brighter than diamonds. She lit up every room with the most infectious laugh, but most importantly, she loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and loved others like so by allowing His light to shine through her.
While she was passionate about traveling–especially to the beach and mountains, all things jewelry, her friends, and family-her greatest accomplishment in life was being a wife and mama to her three daughters.
She is survived by daughters, Anslee, Ivey, and Daci; brother, Shain Jackson and his wife Mandy; brother, Corey Jackson and his wife Kelly; grandmother, Margie Jackson; father-in-law, Wayne Stovall; sisters-in-law, Marti Stovall and Karen Stovall; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and family members. She also leaves behind countless friends and beloved customers.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, January 6, 2022, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The funeral service will be Friday, January 7, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Crossroads Church. Tiffany will be placed in state at 1:00 PM at the church. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Donovon Jackson, Tristen Echols, Michael and Dawson George, Chris Jackson, Bill Ray, Brandon Winn, and Chris Kubicek.
