Harry Jackson

He was born in Higginshaw, Lancashire, England on January 2, 1936, son of the late Jonathan Jackson and the late Lillian Kearsley Jackson.

Harry served in the British Army from 19 to 21 years of age. He retired from Delta with 20 years of service. After retirement, Harry was a mentor to the youth in the prison system. He remained active throughout his life, working around his house, and swimming 60 laps every week!

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Barbara and Shirley.

Those left to cherish his memory are his children; Lorraine Camper; Sharon Prendergast; Maree Katteron; Harry Andrew Jackson; Michael James Jackson; Kearsley Lyon Ashcroft Jackson; and Douglas McClellan Ashcroft, sister; Sylvia Garside; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Whitley-Garner @ Rosehaven Funeral Home on Friday, November 15, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
