Mr. David James Taylor, age 71, of Douglasville, GA passed away Saturday, April 25, 2015. He was born March 25, 1944 in Cincinnati, OH. Mr. Taylor was a decorated Army Veteran and an avid outdoorsman. He never met a stranger and was a friend to all.
Mr. Taylor was preceded in death by his parents, James and Lillian Bonapfel Taylor.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn “Toni” Taylor; daughters, Stephanie Taylor, Suzanne Mobley and Jennifer Taylor; sister, Carol Taylor Moore; two grandchildren, Raymond Mobley and Kirstin Blakeney as well as numerous other family and friends.
A memorial service will be Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 11 o’clock am at Spirit of Life Church, 4889 Hill Road, Powder Springs, GA.
