A “Gentle Giant”, Chuck touched many lives. He was a brilliant man who knew something about everything and loved to watch Jeopardy. He could make people smile by just walking into a room. He was a jack of all trades and had several businesses which he owned throughout his life. Chuck knew any and everything about history and science. He was an electrician who provided home entertainment and security systems for his clients. He enjoyed tinkering with computers. In his spare time, he enjoyed scuba diving. Santa Chuck will always be remembered at the South Florida Mall where he worked for 14 years. He loved children and brought much happiness to many families who came to see him. True to the Santa character, everything he wore was red. His vehicle was a Blazer painted like a sleigh and he always carried peppermint sticks in his pockets for the children throughout the year.
Chuck was an amazing father who loved his children. He loved unconditionally and gave with his entire heart. He loved the Lord Jesus Christ, and was a member of Christ Central Church in Dallas, Georgia. He was a Godly man who lived his life pleasing to the Lord. His family and friends will miss him dearly, but they will celebrate his life and rejoice that he is finally in his eternal home with Jesus.
Preceding him in death were his mother, Melba Smith Daniel; and his brother, Chris Daniel.
Mr. Bridwell is survived by his father, William Daniel; one son, Cameron Jason Bridwell; two daughters, Rebecca (Bridwell) Smith and Kathryn “Kat” Taylor Ross; brother, Chad Daniel; former spouse, Lynda Culbreath Bridwell; nephews, Will Daniel and Tyler Daniel; and an aunt, Linda (Donny) Glisson.
A Celebration of Life is planned for Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 7:00 PM at Christ Central, 620 Paulding Plaza, Dallas, Georgia.
