Robert "Bob" Mohler was born in New York, NY, on March 12, 1930, and died on January 22, 2016, at the age of 85. While serving in the Army in French Morroco, he met and married the love of his life, Barbara Louise Bailey. Bob was a teacher for 29 years, 22 of them as the shop teacher at Dinuba High School. He obtained the rank of Major in the National Guard. He was a member of the California Teacher's Association; Key Club Advisor at DHS; Commandant of the California Cadet Corp at DHS; and a member of Wellspring Christian Center. Bob was also asked to sing at many events.
Bob is survived by his wife of 62 years, Barbara Mohler; his son, Robert C. Mohler, Jr of Fresno; his two daughters, Susan L. Mohler of Wilton, CA and Barbara R. Kidwell of Leander, TX; two brothers, Charles H. Mohler of New York and Richard E. Mohler of North Carolina; 3 grandchildren and w great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 30, 2016, at Wellspring Christian Center in Dinuba.
