Donald “Don” Wayne McLaughlin was born in Coweta, OK, and passed away in Dinuba, CA, on Thursday, July 16, 2015, at the age of 72. He was a long time resident of Dinuba and a member of the Church of the Nazarene. Don worked as a Construction Foreman for PG&E for 38 years.
Don was preceded in death by his parents, Claud and Lorene McLaughlin, his sister, Mary Sharif, and three brothers, Harold, Raymond and Kenneth McLaughlin.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Peggy A. McLaughlin; his three children, Sherry Bolin and her husband, Roger, Monte McLaughlin and his wife, Alice, and Sharon Parkin and her husband, William; seven grandchildren, Josh and Janiece Bolin, Michael, Mitchell and Jordan McLaughlin, and Brandon and Loren Parkin; his brother, Claud McLaughlin, and his wife, Lucille; his brother-in-law, Michael Sharif; and sisters-in-law, Donna Henry and her husband, Bob, and Brenda Laughlin and her husband, Ron.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 25, at Church of the Nazarene.
