Crystine "Shelly" Goebel

Crystine "Shelly" Goebel, age 61, of Dinuba, California passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Reedley, California on November 14, 1962 to parents, Jerry and Terry Montes.

Shelly was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She will be remembered as a woman of faith who loved the Lord and her country.

Left to cherish Shelly's memory are her husband, Dr. Lance Goebel; sons, Julian Estrada and his wife, Jennie, and Carlos Estrada and his wife, Vanessa; grandchildren Cole Estrada, Alexa Estrada, Grace Estrada, Aaliyah Estrada, Indiyah Estrada and Anthony Estrada; great granddaughter, Alasiyah Alvarez; mother, Terry Slusher; brothers, Richard Montes and Jonathan Montes; sister, Lori Ambriz; step brother, Michael Slusher, step sister Penny Deklyen; six nephews, four nieces and numerous other family and friends.

Shelly is preceded in death by her father, Jerry Montes and step father, Ira Slusher.

A visitation for Shelly will be held from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at Dopkins Funeral Chapel, 189 South J Street, Dinuba, CA 93618. A funeral service will occur at 12:00 PM on Friday, August 23, 2024 at Christ Believers Church, 677 E El Monte Way, Dinuba, CA 93618.

Crystine will be laid to rest in Smith Mountain Cemetery, 42088 Rd 100, Dinuba, CA.

Serving as pallbearers are Julian Estrada, Carlos Estrada, George Gomez, Joseph Gomez, Jessie Gomez, and Alex Gomez. Honorary pallbearers are Cole Estrada and Anthony Alvarado.
