Wayne Lewis Jarvis

Wayne Lewis Jarvis - Age 75 of Weymouth Falls, passed away at home on December 14th, 2024. Born August 21, 1949 in Digby, NS to the late Chester and Ida Jarvis and biological son of the late Rae Wynder and Louis Brown.

Wayne was a woodsman most of his life. He had a passion for fishing, hunting, gardening and playing guitar and singing with his sons. His biggest love was for his wife, children and family. Wayne was like a father to many people, nieces, nephews and friends of his children. Wayne will be remembered for his big heart, big hugs and his big voice.

Wayne is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Gail (Clements) Jarvis; their daughters Shawnna (Thomas) Jarvis and Bailey Jarvis; sons Wayne (Cheryl aka Shirley) Jarvis Jr., Derek (Tess) Jarvis, Adam (Erin) Jarvis and Ronald Smith (Margaret). He is also survived by brothers Gordon Jarvis, Michael Brown, Tony Brown, Danny Brown and the children of the late Lorraine Cromwell and the late Gloria and Manny Jarvis; 10 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Wayne is predeceased by his sister Patty Ann Dacres; brother Chester Timmy Jarvis; Grandson Derek Jarvis JR and great grandson Irvin.

A funeral service will be held at the Kingdom Hall in Weymouth on December 21st, 2024 at 2 p.m.
