Lena Claire Tidd

She loved playing music and has played at Hillgrove, Digby and Smith’s Cove Baptist Church to name a few. Lena worked as a clerk at May’s Book Store, The MET, Canadian Tire and Kinsman Grocery Store. She enjoyed camping with her family over the years.

She is survived by daughter, Sandra Milbury; son Roger (Anne) Tidd; grandchildren, Connie Milbury, Andrew Milbury, Darren Tidd, Jason Tidd; great granddaughter, Sophie Milbury and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Dean; brothers, Floyd Trask, Spurgeon Trask; sisters, Ruby Merrit and Leona Merrit.

Visitation will be Friday June 24, from 12-1 with funeral service at 1pm all from Jayne’s Funeral Home, Digby. Rev Mark Cress and Rev Fred Bigelow officiating with burial in Smith Sulis Cemetery. Donations in Lena’s memory can be made to Smith’s Cove Baptist Church.
