Bruce Barnaby

Bruce loved life to the fullest, was a caregiver, an avid fisherman, he loved hunting, drawing, driving, WWE and fighting, Bruce Lee was his idol. Bruce had an amazing love for his wife, children and family. He also enjoyed teasing people and loved a good laugh.

Bruce is survived by his loving wife, Lauri; mother, Ruth; daughters, Danica Barnaby, Paige Barnaby, Kayla Champion, Drew and Jory Mersereau; sons, Jesse Barnaby, Riley Mersereau; sisters, Jane Derby, Ann Barnaby; brothers, Herb, Carl, Rodney, Clayton Barnaby; 7 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his father he was predeceased by his sister Reta Frost.

Cremation has taken place under the care of Jayne’s Funeral Home, Digby. A private family service will be held at a later date. Donations in Bruce’s memory can be made to Digby General Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society. Thank you to the staff of Digby General Hospital, the doctors, nurses, VON, EHS and Digby Clare caregivers for their compassionate care during Bruce's illness. The family will be forever grateful.
