Gavel, Beulah Wilma – Age 73 of Weymouth, passed away November 5th, 2015 at Mountain Lea Lodge, Bridgetown. Beulah was a daughter of the late, Walter and Mildred (McCullough) Rice. She loved to cook, garden and keep things in order, she was very picky when it came to cleaning and mowing her lawn. Beulah believed in doing things right, never do anything half way. She will be missed by her family, she is survived by, daughters, Wilma Barry, Darlene (Kevin) Gavel; sons, Roger (Cheryl), Joseph (Linda), Stanley, Rex (Elaine); grandchildren, Kenneth, Amanda, Jason, Jacob; great-grandchildren, Brianna, Sophia, Sabrina; sisters, Thelma Rice, Violet (Bernard) Amero, Flora Nancville, Joyce (John) Frith, Dorothy Gavel; brothers, Milford (Marilyn), Freeman (Blanche); many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Beulah was predeceased by husband, Winston Gavel; daughter, Lillian; son, William ‘Fred”; brothers, Albert and Elmer. Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9, Monday, November 9th from Calvary Baptist Church, Plympton also where the funeral service will be at 2pm, Tuesday November 10th. Pastor Randy Risinger will preside with burial in Church of Christ Cemetery, Southville. Donations in memory can be made to Calvary Baptist Church, Plympton or charity of choice.
