Donald Elwood Williams

Don was born June 14,1933 in Palmer, Saskatchewan, the son of Frederick and Luella (Wray) Williams. His memory will be cherished and kept alive by his beloved wife, Marilyn of 67 years. Loving father of sons, Thomas Williams, Charles (Chris) Williams, and Daniel (Amy) Williams; daughters, Karen (Jim) Crabb, Jane (Jerry) Arnold, Mary (Matthew) Maher and Julie Gordon; 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren (3 more due in September) and one great-great-granddaughter, Amara Ann; sister, Marlene; sisters-in-law, Jan Tamboer and Jean Schafer; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Luella Williams; brother, Lawrence; and beloved grandson, Brandon (BG/Gordie) Gordon.

The family would like to thank the Willows of East Lansing for their exceptional service and tender care for Don for the three weeks he was there.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Catholic Community of St Jude, 801 N. Bridge St., Dewitt, MI with a luncheon to follow. Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at the church from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m. (Rosary 7:00 p.m.) and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
