This Man and his Family. He Was my biggest  Hero. Curt help me grow to be better person. His family showed me what a real family should be like. His kids are some of my best long term friends I've ever had. I will miss him so much. Rest In Peace my Dear friend.  Much Love to his Family.

Many prayers and thoughts to Margie and family.  You were both such a blessing as neighbors for my parents Dale and Yvonne.  Each morning Curt delivered the newspaper to their front porch.  They loved you both very much.

For Margie, Penny, Greg, Jeff, Jamie and Joel please try and remember this - Longing For One More Day When we lose someone we love it seems that time stands still. What moves through us is a silence... a quiet sadness... A longing for one more day... one more word... one more touch... We may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget. We will see you again some day, in a heavenly place where there is no parting. A place where there are no words that mean good-bye.  Love you all.

Many miles and many smiles over years of good work and great friendship. Alot of good times, will miss him more than word can say. Safe journey old friend.

Curt was a very special man and the best boss I ever had. I worked for him for 10 years. He was patient, kind and caring, I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He will be missed and in my heart forever. My thoughts and prayers are with Margie, his family, and all who loved him.  RIP dear Curty <3

 Curt was our contact and our advocate at the Dewitt VFW Post 671, as well our friend for 8 years now. He has helped our pack secure the hall area for our Pinewood Derby for 8 years, has initiated the 2 bike donations that we have every year at our Pinewood Derby, provided the opportunity and encouraged the sales of any and all products we have sold, set-up guest speakers for our pack in flag etiquette and citizenship, re-assured us on several occasions, the importance of our leadership and involvement in scouting, but most importantly was a great friend, who always had a hug and a handshake for anyone (even if we "accidentally" caused some damage to their building). He was a great man that will be greatly missed by many. In honor and tribute to Curt, and all that he has done for  Cub Scout Pack #15, we will be presenting him with our folded American flag from our Winter Camp flag etiquette ceremony. We will be arriving at 7:00 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home in DeWitt to present this.  Deepest condolences to all family and friends of Curt...  we have all lost a wonderful man.

Curt was a wonderful man! Cub Scout Pack 15 will miss him very much. He always joked and spoke to the boys in the Pack when they had their Pinewood Derby at the VFW and he made sure that the Pack had everything they needed, which led to a great event.  He touched many of our hearts, in so many ways. It has been an honor calling him my friend. R.I.P. Curt - your job in your earthly home is now complete. Go Rest High On That Mountain!  My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Margie, Curt's children, and this VFW family.

Curt was a kind and loving man, he will be greatly missed.  My prayers are with his family during this time, may you find comfort in all the memories you have with him, and may they help you find peace.

Curt was a truly wonderful person and he will be missed. Margie, and I used to ride horses and took horse camping trips, as well. Curt and Margie were a great couple and always welcomed friends with open arms.

Curt was both a relative and a friend.  His friendly nature and charming personality made him a joy to be around.   Like his brother Donald I admired the volunteer spirit of support he extended to the U.S. Veteran Community.  He was a good man in so many ways and I will truly miss him.  My deepest sympathy and regards to Margie and the whole family.

I remember the kindly, gentlmanly way he treated me.  i am so sorry for the family. He was a nice and caring man.  you are in my prayers,Margie.  Lori Gonzalez(Lopez).

Got to know Curt through the Northside drive-in. He was a great boss. He had great insight, compassion, and was sincere. Prayers go out to his family for comfort. Keep the good memories, there were many. Wish I could be there. Saw Curt in 2014 at my husbands memorial, may you have a joyful reunion in a better place.

RIP Our dear friend.  Anyone That knew Curt  Loved Curt. There are very few people in this world that really hold a special place in your heart, he was at the top of my list. You will never be forgotten. I just know you are hanging out with the two Dons now :)

So sorry to here about Curt. He will be missed by many of us who got to know him over the years.

So sorry I can't be at the funeral. I always considered Curt as the brother I never had. I asked him to hang in there until I could get there but God had a better plan.
It would take a novel to tell about Curt and my travels through life with each other.
To the family I say do as Curt would ask.Talk and enjoy the memories.He loved all of you to the fullest. You could tell by that half smile he always had when any of you were around.
