Bill Latunski

Bill Latunski, age 80, passed away September 1, 2023.He was born on September 28, 1942 in Owosso MI, the son of Ed and Wanetta Latunski. Soon after graduation from Sexton High School, Bill began his 30 year career at GM, hiring in as a clerk and retiring as a supervisor.

In 1993, Bill and Pat set out to try life in Las Vegas. Bill loved the excitement and scenery of the west. Back in Lansing, his last years were all about spending time with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed the casino, playing cards, watching baseball and football and junking.

Bill is survived by his wife, Patricia (Gallagher), children, Mike (Kristi), Chad, and Jill (Kevin) Owen; Pat’s children, Lisa (Al) Letts and Eric Gafner and Pat’s extended family. He was blessed by grandchildren, Heather Fedewa, Aspen Latunski ,Blake Thurston, Kody Morgan, Alex Letts, Alida Letts, Aidan Letts, Austin Letts, Alaina Letts and Andy Letts.

A good man- he will be missed.

A memorial visitation for Bill will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 from 2-5pm with a prayer service at 4pm at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home Dewitt Chapel. A reception will follow visitation.
