Robert Alan Christensen, 59, passed away on Friday, November 17th, 2023 in Grayslake, Illinois. He was born on November 10, 1964 in Park Ridge, Illinois to Robert C. and Ruth (Hansen) Christensen. Bob married Jean Keilholz on October 5, 1991 in Des Plaines, Illinois

Bob is survived by his wife; children Jessie (Brandon) Sather Christensen and Alex Christensen; father-in-law Bob Keilholz Sr.; siblings-in-law Bob Keilholz Jr., Dottie (Tom) Wanko, Ann Riley, and Tommy Keilholz. He was preceded in death by his parents, mother-in-law Susan Keilholz, and brother-in-law Gary Riley.

Bob loved working on cars, woodworking, welding, and shooting sporting clays.

Friends and family will gather for a visitation that will be held from 9am - 11am with funeral service following at 11am on Saturday, November 25th, 2023 at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner Street, Des Plaines, Illinois 60016. Graveside committal will follow at Wheeling Township Cemetery in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Memorial donations may be made in Bob’s name to Mental Health America of Illinois at mhai.org.
