Gerald W. “Mike” Butler 72 of Des Plaines was born May 17, 1944 to the late Raymond and late Violet Butler and passed away March 13, 2017.Mike was the beloved husband of Susan (nee Masterson) Butler; dear uncle of Sharon (James) Stoddard, Charles (Stavroula) Bowling and Bernadette (John) Hoey.Mike was past Exalted Ruler of Des Plaines Elks lodge 1526.Mike also belonged to the Electrical union for 40 years. Visitation Thursday from 3-9pm at Oehler Funeral Home 2099 Miner St Des Plaines.
