Loving husband of 49 years of Judy Polasek; cherished father of Kerry Polasek, Kelli Kleutgen, Kristi Polasek, Randy (Tracy) Polasek, and Julie Polasek; proud grandfather of Hope, Kaylie, Paige, Ella, Chloe, Noah, and Nick and Anthony Carioscia; loving brother-in-law of Shirley (Bud) Kohl and Trudy Nauert. Preceded in death by his close friend, the late Bob Rose, and his sister-in-law, the late Mary Ann Fike. George was an avid baseball fan and follower of the 2016 World Series Champions, the Chicago Cubs. He also enjoyed spending his time gambling at the casino.
