Fran was a wonderful mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend.  She will stay in our hearts 💕 until meet again in heaven.

Rip sweet Fran. I was so sad to see this.  We shared many memories from grammar school at Borgia through high school at Guerin.  I especially remember when your dad would take us to Gages lake, and when it was time to go we would pretend we didn’t see him calling us!  There are way too many memories to mention. We all went our separate ways, but you will be forever in my heart ❤️. You were always a good kind person and I know you are in heaven with Jesus.

Aunt Fran was always one of my favorite people to see around the holidays. I remember many a time walking into her and Grandma Donna’s condo on Easter, Christmas, etc. It is saddening to think that a short time form now will I never walk through their doorway again, let alone to walk through and see them. However, I am immensely thankful that I do have many years of memories from those days. While it is a sad scenario, it is a part of life and with time it will all just be fond memories that are left behind. Thank you for everything, from all 5 of us in the Palatine Rabey household. 

Fran (aka Sanner), we miss you something fierce. Like so many things in life, we didn't fully realize what we had until it was gone. You were a baller to be sure, always on the go helping us and everyone else in your life. You were an inspiration to all of us. Your unwavering commitment to serving others was truly admirable. We miss your "get it done" attitude and your feistiness. You always had a zero tolerance policy for BS and it was beautiful. We loved how you insisted on having fun and enjoying life. No matter the occasion, you offered a laugh and a helping hand, that was a rare and irreplaceable  gift. You will always be missed by all of us in the Rabey Family. Fran will be missed greatly.  She was adventurous and fun and full of giving and love.  I have many special memories with Fran, from shopping in the loop to her car burning up while parked on the street as I participated in Hands Across America.  There were family events when she would come to Michigan, and I treasure the times we took my daughter to the park to play.  Fran was selfless.   She worked hard and helped everyone, often to the neglect of herself.  I will always treasure the memories and beautiful impact she had on my life, and the lives of so many.  Every life she touched was positively impacted and her love will shine on in the stars she loved to gaze at when in the country and away from the city lights.  Fly free, Fran!  Until we meet again.....love you much!

Fran was a dear sister-in-law who was very generous and helpful. Over the years that I had the good fortune to know her personally, she did many kind deeds for me, other family and friends. It was obvious her grandsons were very special to her. She spent quality time with them every week.  She made it a priority to be a caring person. Those close to her knew she could be relied upon. Fran will be missed by me and more people than I can count. Rest in Peace with the Lord in Heaven.   🙏🙏

Frances was a very loving, caring lady.  She was an amazing  friend, sister, cousin.  She had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need.  We very much enjoyed her visits to Michigan and had alot of fun with her when she visited.  Her memory will live forever in our hearts, may she rest in peace.

Fran and her mom, Donna, were my neighbors for 15+ years. They were  friends just as long.  Fran had a big smile and a great laugh which I saw & heard often.  She was a kind and thoughtful woman who always asked after my daughter and other family. She made a special point to say hello to my elderly cat, Ruby.  She was the person who held my extra house key, in case I locked myself out, which was often.  She was the person who dusted snow off my car if she was outside first.  She would gift me handmade soap which her cousin made.  I cannot list all of her little acts of kindness here but know that she made my world  a better place and I miss her greatly.
She loved her family so much and talked (bragged?) about her beloved grandsons, as is a grandma's right!  As much of a hole I feel because of her loss, I know her son Pino and sister Diane are suffering,  as well as the rest of her family.  I am so very sorry for all who knew and loved Fran. 

Will always remember my sister and I singing, dancing, and playing school at your and Diane’s  home on Panama. Lots of memories through the years that will never be forgotten. 

I loved my cousin Fran and looked forward to seeing her and her sister Diane at all of our important family celebrations like Christmas Eve at grandma Walther’s and graduations, first communions, and weddings!  I mostly remember Frannie’s infectious GIGGLE!  She smiled and enjoyed life.  I will always remember that smile.  God bless her! Love you sweet cousin, Debbie Bird

Fran was such a good friend we met many years ago and always stayed in touch .Fran loved to dance and play Bingo. For many years I would go to her apartment on Thursday night after work and we would play cards and watch Knots Landing .One special memory Fran and her mom went to the zoo with my three children and it started to rain and we were all drenched we laughed for hours .I loved Fran and will truly miss her  but I know she is with her mom and there is peace  and no pain .Another thing Fran loved was angels and now we will all have the best angel watching out for us.


Fran was the most outstanding sister in the world. We talked on the phone every day and texted often. We saw each other several times a week. She was my best friend since childhood. We helped each other through many of life's challenges. When our boys were children, we did pretty much everything together with them. Fran was supportive, thoughtful, kind, generous and very giving. She was so full of life. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Her two grandsons, Marco and Roman, were the light of her life. She had a fantastic relationship with our Mom. She was a stargazer. She loved looking at the night sky. She could tell you the weather forecast any day of the week because it was a hobby for her. No matter the task, big or small, she was there to help. Fran liked to take me and Dan on driving jaunts to shop, sightsee, visit family or friends, to look for deer by the woods, to find a good restaurant or take a walk down memory lane by going to see our childhood home, schools and that neighborhood. We could talk about anything. She was my advisor, comforter in times of trouble, the person I could laugh with to share many joyful moments and my rock in life. It will never be the same without her here by my side. I will miss her beyond measure. Our bond extends beyond this life into the next. I believe she is at peace in the Light with Jesus. When we meet again, the first thing I will do is hug her and tell her I love her.
