Lloyd "Butch" Earl Thompson

Lloyd married Michele Cordova on August 28, 1967. To this union three children were born, Christopher, Douglas and Kimberly.

Butch was a proud : US Air Force Vietnam Era Veteran. Following his time serving his country, Butch became a professional account executive. He was a loving husband and father who enjoyed sports specifically playing tennis and baseball. he also enjoyed playing card games and spending time with his family. Butch also loved horse racing, reading, tinkering in the garage workshop with watches and little clocks. He also was known to impart wisdom and life lessons at every opportunity to his family and friends.

Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents, and sister Judy Rybikowsky.

Butch is survived by his wife Michele, Sons, Christopher Thompson, Douglas Thompson, and daughter Kimberly Thompson, as well grandchildren Angela Thompson, Michele Thompson, and Hunter James.

A visitation for Butch will be held Monday, June 27, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Olinger Hampden Mortuary & Cemetery, 8600 East Hampden Ave, Denver, CO 80231. A funeral service will occur Monday, June 27, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 8600 East Hampden Ave, Denver, CO 80231. A committal service will occur Monday, June 27, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM, 8600 East Hampden Ave, Denver, CO 80231.
