George Welch III, 82 years, passed away peacefully on 1/21/19 surrounded by his loving family.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 59 years, Caril Welch, his 4 daughters; Pamela Welch Allred, Julie Welch, Pollyanna Sowter, Belinda Gower, his sister, Diana Welch Reiner, 9 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
He is preceded by his son, George R. Welch. He was a Denver native and graduate of East High School and Colorado School of Mines. His petroleum engineering degree attributed to his 50+ years as president of Dart Oil Company.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to El Jebel Hospital Transportation Fund.
