Dale Arnold, affectionately known as "Fat Daddy" of Pottsboro, TX passed away on Sunday January 14, 2018 at the age of 76 at River Valley Health and Rehabilitation. Fat Daddy was born January 11, 1942 in Gordonville, TX to Addie Love Stuckey Arnold and Leonard William Arnold. Dale was a hard working, strong willed, and occasionally contrary fellow. In his younger years Fat Daddy served in several public offices. He loved the companionship of a woman and followed his many passions, car racing, boxing, and a good cigar. In his later years he was active in the Cherokee Nation of Texas Red Village. He was also an elder at 3 Crosses Cowboy Church for several years. Fat Daddy had an entrepreneurial spirit and owned many businesses throughout his life including Arnolds Paint and Body and Redneck Trucking hauling sand and gravel.
Dale is survived by his Angel Baby and Sugar Bear Arnold his beloved Boston Terriers; son Joseph Ray Arnold; daughter Dena May Nations; daughter Kimberly Diane Arnold, son-in-law Craig Trainque; son Trey Paul Mann and wife Erica Mann; grandchildren Kayla Nations, Courtney Nations, Aaron Arnold, Desteny Trainque, Zander Trainque, Izzy Mann and McKenna Mann; sister JoEllen Lange; brother Donald Arnold and wife Dorthea.
Dale was preceded in death by; son Glenn Dwight Arnold; mother Addie Love Arnold and father Leonard William Arnold.
Fat Daddy you lived your Dash you are loved and will be missed.
A family visitation will be held Friday, January 19, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bratcher Funeral Home, Denison, TX.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Georgetown Cemetery, Pottsboro, TX.
