Billy was born December 27, 1943 in Big Spring, Texas to Andrew Jackson Martin and Doris Athene Reese, one of 3 children.
He was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his mother Doris Martin of McKinney, Texas; his wife Peggy (Morrison) Martin of McKinney, Texas; son Kenneth Martin and wife Sharline of McKinney, Texas; brothers, Bobby Jack Martin and wife Desi Ann, of Louisiana and Andrew Martin of Dallas, Texas; and 3 grandchildren.
Family visitation will be at The Church of Christ on McDermott Road in Plano, Texas on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 from 10am to 11am and Funeral service to follow at 11am with burial at Cedarlawn Memorial Park in Sherman, Texas on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 2pm.
