Kaplan, Dorene "Dee", age 65 of Lake Worth, Florida, died August 3rd. Daughter of the late Samuel and Ruth Salz. Loving wife of Ronald Kaplan, Cherished mother of Adam Kaplan (Sherrill) and Randi Kaplan Blavatt (Jay).
Adored Grandmother of Sasha, Samantha, Sawyer, and Marti; Sister of Stanford Salz and the late Milton Salz; Dear sister-in-law to Nancy Kaplan.
Dee fought a courageous battle with brain cancer. She was always surrounded by family and friends who loved and supported her.
Dee was a educator for 35 years and belonged to many Jewish organizations.
Services 10 am Tuesday, August 5th at Riverside-Stanetsky Memorial Chapels, 7205 W. Atlantic Avenue, Defray Beach, FL. 33446 561-496-7550. Donations may be made to the Valencia Shores PAPS CORPS. The Kaplan Family will be receiving friends at the Kaplan residence, 7591 Tarpon Cove Circle, Lake Worth Tuesday from 2:30 pm to 8 pm and Wednesday and Thursday from 2pm-8pm.
