Felipe Lozano, Sr Age 85 was born on February 6th, 1936 in Mercedes, Texas and left this earth for his celestial home on February 3rd, 2022 in Delano, California. He resided in Earlimart, California for the past 50 years. Felipe was a farm laborer since the age of 9 years old in various fields of agriculture. There were very few aspects of agriculture that he did not have knowledge in.
He was also a faithful member of El Sendero De La Cruz church in Earlimart for 40 years where he also served as a Board Member and Usher for many years. Felipe is survived by his loving an devoted wife of 64 years, Audelia, His children: son Mario (Julie) of Colorado, his daughter Hilda of Earlimart, his son George Lozano-Gonsalves (Johnny) of Tulare and youngest daughter Cynthia Lozano (Arroyo) of Earlimart. Honorary daughters, Virginia Salazar of Bakersfield and Delores Salazar Armenta (Anthony) of Bakersfield.
Grandchildren: Misty Ann Lozano Corona (Fidel), Mario Martin Anthony Lozano, Jr., Phillip Flores, Lorena Lopez (Candido), Adrian Lozano (Yvonne), Corina Oros (Johnny), Alina Lozano Castro (Adam), Samantha Marie Palomo, Jodi Ann Arrellano (Gilbert), Felipe Antonio Hernandez, Andrew Salazar, Estevan Salazar, Aidan Mario Lozano, Isabella Lozano
Great Grand-Children: Candido Lopez (Yvette), Percilla Lucas (Joel), Isaiah Lopez, Kayla Lopez, Fidel Corona, Jr, Gabriela Corona, Favian Corona, Elijah Castro, Jaedin Castro, Kaleb Castro, Abel Castro, Daymian Lozano, Damani Lozano, Jecht Lozano , Celes Lozano, Ariel Lozano, Elijah Lozano and Sienna Lozano, Johnathan Ray Oros
Great-Great Grandchildren: Jaelynn Lopez and Avalin Lucas.
And one brother, Robert Lozano, Sr. of Mercedes, Texas.
He was also blessed with many nieces and nephews who adored their Tio Felipe.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Delfina Lozano, his eldest son Felipe Lozano, Jr, daughter Rosa Salazar, brothers Manuel Lozano, Isaias Lozano, Elias Lozano, Moises Lozano, Aaron Lozano and sister Maria Lozano Flores.
A visitation for Felipe will be held Monday, February 28, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Delano Mortuary, 707 Browning Road, Delano, CA 93215, followed by a celebration of life from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. A reception will follow services at the Earlimart Memorial Building 712 E. Washington Ave in Earlimart.
