Tommy Ray Walker Sr. passed away on May 15, 2019 at home in Oklahoma City at the age of 66. Tommy was born on February 28, 1953 in Oklahoma City to Billy Joe Walker and Norma Jean Irion. Tommy graduated from Southeast High School in Oklahoma City. He service in the United States Army from 1970 to 1972. Tommy enjoyed baseball, OU football, and spending time with his family. He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Billy Joe Walker and Norma Jean Irion; his brothers, David Bryan Walker, Richard Alan Walker, and Ronnie Eugene Walker; and sister, Bonnie Brown. He was survived by his wife of the home Patricia Jean Walker; son Tommy Ray Walker Jr.; daughter Mary Brinkley of the home; daughter Autumn Dawn Hobbs and son-in-law Emmitt Ray Hobbs of Shawnee; and many grandkids, great-grandkids, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be held at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home in Del City on May 20, 2019 at 10am, with interment at Dale Cemetery in Dale, Oklahoma. Visitation will be held from 1-5pm on Sunday, May 19, 2019 at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home in Del City.
Tommy will be truly missed.
