LaDonna Rowena Lacy

LaDonna R. Lacy age of 57 went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 4, 2022, in her home of Guthrie, OK. She was born May 19, 1965, in Oklahoma City to Pamelia and Robert Woodcox. She worked at The Daily Oklahoman for 23 years. After being together for 10 years, she married Daniel Lacy on August 1, 2002 in Oklahoma City. She was not only a wonderful wife, mother and nonna, she was also very passionate about her family, her friends, her crafts and her fur babies; Jacob, Boomer, BB, Bodie and Bailey. LaDonna truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, spending time with her family and friends, loving her fur babies and drinking her iced tea. LaDonna had the ability to form precious bonds with anyone she meet. She is survived by her husband Daniel of 30 years, her brother; Billy Fichtler and wife Renee of OKC, son; Johnny and wife Mel of Noble, son; Josh and wife Ashley of OKC, nephew; Bobby and wife Hayley of OKC, best friend of 43 years Dawn Lawrence, grandchildren; Savannah, Gavin, Annie, Christian, Alyssa, Matthew, and Emily, and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, parents and great niece. LaDonna will be greatly missed by all those who knew her.
