A visitation for Forrest will be held Tuesday, November 5, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 5005 SE 29th Street, Del City, OK 73115. A funeral will occur Wednesday, November 6, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Sunny Lane Southern Baptist Church, 4500 SE 31st St, Oklahoma City, OK 73115. A burial will occur Wednesday, November 6, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Sunny Lane Cemetery, 4000 SE 29th St, Del City, OK 73115.

Serving as pallbearers are Joey Tharp, Sean Dreiske, Austen Dreiske, Brent Tharp, Dillon Tharp and Bryan Tharp.
