Eileen E. Craig

Eileen E. Craig was born January 5, 1930 in Marengo, Ohio, the daughter of Russell and Alice Lowery Reed. She passed from this life March 21, 2017 in Oklahoma City at the age of 87 years, 2 months and 16 days. In 1949 and 1950, Eileen was a top model for Ben Smart Studios. She was a master cook in the kitchen and will be remembered for making wonderful dishes for her family. She and Raymond Craig were united in marriage on July 11, 1950 in Kentucky. He preceded her in death on July 3, 2002. She was also preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Naomi and Phyllis. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Brenda McBee and husband Victor of Oklahoma City, Danny Craig and wife Cindy of Enterprise, Oregon and Judy Craig of Oklahoma City; brothers, Albert Reed of Austin, Texas, Fred Reed of Searcy, Arkansas and Melvin Reed of Little Rock, Arkansas. She is also survived by her five Chihuahuas and special dog, “Sandman.” Visitation will be held Monday, March 27, 2017 from 4pm to 8pm. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at 2pm at the Chapel of Sunny Lane Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
