Donna Sue Owens

Donna Sue Owens(Brawdy) was born on February 7, 1954 in Midwest City, Oklahoma to parents Paul and Helen Brawdy. She was the youngest of three; her older sister Paula Lucas(Donnie) and older brother Fred Brawdy(Sandy). She graduated from Carl Alert High School where she met Richard Owens who would become her husband of 48 years. Five years after the marriage reception they would have their first of two children a son, Jason(Emily) and daughter, Jennifer(Matt)

Donna was a great mother, wife, and friend. She never had a bad word to say about anyone, nor did anyone have a bad thing to say about her. She was friends with almost everyone she met. She even got a job as a school cafeteria Manager to be able to be closer to her kids.

Donna had a hobby of cake decorating. She made cakes for several different holidays and events. She even did wedding cakes from time to time.

Donna loved being a grandmother more than anything in the world. She was a wonderful grandmother to three great children: Jaxson, Zoey, and Dexter.

Donna loved animals. There wasn't ever a time that she was without a dog or three.

June 13, 2021 she passed away in her home in Midwest City, Ok. She will always be remembered for her kindness and quirky sense of humor. She will be greatly missed.
