Alice Jean Coffman Fooks Putnam of Blanchard, OK passed away May 29, 2015.
She was born November 22,1934 in Blackwell, OK to Alvin and Sylvia Ruth Coffman. She was preceded in death by her grandson, J. J. Tate. Alice is survived by her children Cathy Sullivan, Terry Fooks, James Fooks, Patty Tate, Joe Putnam, and Penny Nicholson; 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great-grandchild. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel with Interment at Memorial Park Cemetery.
