Diane worked for many years at the State of Minnesota until she took an early retirement to move to Florida to care for her mother, and in her later years was a wonderful caretaker to her husband Bud. She very much enjoyed sitting on her balcony watching the boats go by on the intercoastal and loved her ladies’ lunches with her many friends in the Massachusetts Building.
Some of her favorite pastimes included bowling, golfing, going to the casino, and playing cards. Mom was always the score keeper, sitting quietly with her sneaky, sweet, and quiet demeanor right before playing the winning hand.
Diane was a loving and empathetic woman who selflessly gave of herself to others. She had a wonderful laugh and loved to have a good time, but most of all she cherished being with her family. She will be missed by many, yet we find peace knowing she is with the Lord in Heaven.
Because her dear daughter passed away so close together, we will do a joint Visitation that will be held Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from 10am - 12pm, followed by a Memorial Service from 12pm - 1pm at Kraeer-Becker Funeral Home, 217 E Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441.
