My favorite memory of my dear Auntie Barb happened when I was a teenager.  Auntie Barb was wearing this gorgeous burgundy velvet blazer, and I was raving to her about how much I loved it. So, she took it off, handed it to me and said, “It’s yours.” I wore it often.

 This picture is one of the last times I was fortunate enough to be with her.  

All my love goes out to her girls and her grandchildren. I also hold my mother and Aunt Joan in my heart as they grieve for their sister, the eldest of the family.

 Auntie Barb was a woman who survived deep loss and yet still managed to find her smile. We will all miss her.

Elaine, Jim and family, I’m truly very sorry for your families huge loss. As you know, I was fortunate to get to know Barbara when I sold her home in Silverthorn. She was 100 % class and her mind sharp as a tack.  May your lifetime of memories carry you through the sadness of her passing. Hugs to you and all your family.

I will miss your smile , your laughter and most of all your love.  I am so grateful that God gave me you . Our conversations over tea were always filled with alot of laughter and love.  Thank you for always loving me unconditionally.
