Sean Brock Tucker

Sean Brock Tucker passed away in the comfort of his home on November 1, 2024 at 50 years of age. Born on October 27th, 1974 in Decatur, AL, Sean was the eldest child of Susan "Dodie" Bentley and Wilburn "Sonny" Brock Tucker Jr.

He graduated from Decatur High School in the fall of '93. He then married his highschool sweetheart on December 9, 1995. Soon after, his wife gave birth to the first son[Michael] in June of '96. Then a couple of years later, she gave birth to the second son[Brandon]in November of '98. He was the happiest man in the world.

Sean spent most of his life in Tanner when he was not traveling as a Mechanic. He was a Mechanic most of his life and loved to fix things. He also loved building things whether it was with wood or working with steel. He took great pleasure in helping others with whatever projects they had. He had a huge heart for others and would give the shirt off his back just to help.

Sean never met a stranger. He always had great jokes and knew how to make anyone laugh/smile. Sean was many things: a husband, a father, a brother, a son, a friend, and so much more! Sean was resilient and never gave up - even a train couldn't kill this man.

Sean is preceded in death by his mother, Susan "Dodie" Bentley, his father, Wilburn "Sonny" Brock Tucker Jr, his in-laws George and Judy Crelly, and grand parents.

Sean is survived by his wife of 29 years, Jovita Tucker, his sons Michael (Cheyenne) and Brandon (Christie), his sister Kim, his grandson Jaxon, several nieces and nephews, several aunt and uncles, and many, many friends.
