Norma Jean Love

Norma Jean Love, 92, of Trinity, passed away on Tuesday, January 17th, 2023. Her visitation will be on Sunday, January 22, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home. Her graveside service will be at 1:15 PM at Roselawn Cemetery with Tim Sutton will be officiating.

She is survived by brothers, Harlen Beddingfield (Barbra), Junior Beddingfield, and Michael Beddingfield (Diane); sisters, Sarah Woodruff, Carolyn Terry, Barbra Beddingfield, Mary Templeton and Margie Ashley(Claude); children, Kenneth Love(Donna) and Donna Reed (Mack); grandchildren, Russell Reed, Tyler Love, Cory Love (Kayce), Ambur Speer (Byron), Mandi Franks (BJ) and Josh Reed (Brooke), and 12 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Robert Beddingfield; father, Otha Beddingfield and mother, Phyllis Marie Goodlett.

Norma Love was married to Leonard Love of Decatur, AL for 63 years of marriage until his passing on April 7th, 2014. Throughout their marriage both Norma and Leonard loved to serve their church family at Somerville Road Church of Christ where they were lifelong members. When not attending to church or family duties, Norma also worked a full-time job working for Dr. William Pyron, where she would later retire. Norma loved all of her family and friends and always greeted them with a loving smile. Norma also had a deep passion for growing flowers and gardening.
