Funeral for Carol Ann Gillespie, 54, of Decatur will be Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at 3 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home with Ruell Collins officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Gillespie died Sunday, March 3, 2013, at her residence. She was preceded in death by her mother, Frances Joanne Woodard.
Survivors include her husband, Randy N. Gillespie; one son, Kristopher N. Gillespie of Canton, Miss.; three daughters, Shelley N. Gillespie of Decatur, Megan B. McClellan of Windber, Pa., Elizabeth A. Hogue of Virginia Beach, Va.; her father, James Sherman Woodard and stepmother, Mini Sue Woodard of Lawrence County; brother, Harry L. Woodard of Decatur; sisters, Sharon Anderson of Kentucky, Debra Oliver of Decatur; and five grandchildren, Jimmy Braden Johnson, Jayla Nicole Gillespie, Daisy Lashell McClellan, Kaleb Daniel Gillespie, Jacobi William Hogue.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Anderson, Rusty Anderson, Robert Woodard, Joey Lancaster, Jimmy Braden Johnson and Steve Brannon.
