She was born on September 9, 1962 in the United Kingdom to Percival Howard and the late Marguerita (Ramsey) Howard.
Tracy will fondly be remembered for her sincere kindness, and her loving and forgiving heart. Her charismatic personality was contagious, and everyone who encountered her, even those troubled, would absorb her gentle and humble energy. It was her joy to love and care for her family, friends and those in need. Whether it was bringing goodies to her grandbabies, dropping food off when you were sick, lending a listening ear or even a shoulder to cry on. The work that God put before her and she accomplished speaks volumes to the legacy she leaves behind. She was an invaluable asset to the community and was successful in helping many people obtain jobs solely from her writings. Her creativity knew no bounds.
